Having breakfast in Hornitos in Bogota - ENG/ESP
ENGLISH
Good afternoon Hivers, I hope you are having a great day.
Today I want to talk about my visit to a chain of bakeries well known for its high standard products in Bogota called Hornitos, since my wife @sofiaquino98 invited me to meet it together, we can find it as Hornitos Av Chile in Google maps and it's located in CRA 9, #71 en Bogotá.
To start I want to tell you that it is a place that fills up, not like the Crepes & Waffles chain, but we can get people waiting for them to sit at one of the tables to be served.
Everything on the menu looked good and I want to go back to try other plans, but referring to our first visit, I ordered something very well known in Colombia, which is the caldo con carne, which is basically a soup with pieces of potato and a piece of meat, which to start the day and even more after a night of partying, serves a lot.
This was ordered in combo with a portion of scrambled eggs with onion and tomato, a piece of sweet bread and a citrus fruit drink, being very good accompaniments.
This could be considered a typical breakfast in Colombia, together with the tamales that I was able to talk about in a previous article.
Let me know what you think in the comments.

The soup photo made me want to also eat some caldo. It looks like you had a delicious meal.
I didn't know I could be in love with a soup until I tasted that one. For a breakfast is a really good choice
Hi @globalcurrencies
What beautiful photos, and what delicious food! Too bad the address of that great restaurant is not in the post. It would be cool if you edited and included this important information, so people could visit that restaurant
Heey! Already edited! Thanks for the advice
