MY TRAVELING EXPERIENCE

Will I say I like traveling or not?

I remember the first day I was to travel to Lagos State from Edo State precisely with my Aunt.

It was around 5:00 am and my aunt had to wake me up to start preparing, I got up immediately and went to the bathroom had my bath, cleaned my teeth, and some necessary stuff I was to do before preparing for the journey ahead of me. It took almost an hour to get fully prepared likewise my Aunt as well

We got prepared and went to the park we got there made the necessary payment and had to wait for other passengers to come because we got there a little bit early and we still had to wait for like six to Seven passengers for the bus to get filled up

When it was around 10 am we were ready to start going. The driver had to tell all the passengers to get onto the bus and also told some of the boys in charge of the arrangements and packing of customers' loads in the vehicle left for me I like traveling with many loads so that I won't get there and start looking for what to use or start borrowing from people around because I don't like such and my Aunt had a lot of loads to go with as she was also going to Lagos to visit her elder sister who was a bit strong and needed someone to be around her
After that had been done the man in charge of prayers prayed for all the passengers committing the journey into the hands of God Almighty and also prayed for the driver for safety while driving after that had been done we headed straight away...at first the driver was a bit slow and later had to get on high speed for us to get to our various destinations on time

We got to Ore a place where almost all drivers would stop for all passengers to get down to ease themselves and also get some stuff for their loved ones the Driver would also allocate a plate of food because I was told that 95 percent of all the drivers stopping there will be given free food to eat although I don't know how true it is because it my aunt who told me, subsequently have had it from a lot of people

My aunt and I got down and went to the restroom to ease ourselves when we were done with that we went to the market where people Sell stuff we got some Bananas, groundnuts, and some other goodies for the Journey not to be boring when we were done with that the driver came in and was set to leave we got into the vehicle again and from there it was a straight away because they tend not to stop anymore after dropping at Ore...

It took us almost ten hours to get to Lagos from Edo State as there was a little traffic on the way ...

We finally got to Lagos and had to take a Cab to our particular location... My aunt was happy to see us and also prepared a special delicacy for us to eat...we finished eating, had our bath, watched a movie a little, and played with the family it was already late we needed to get to bed
