When we are given a word with which we must create a drawing, I like to go beyond simplicity, even if my illustration looks like it. In this case where it is my turn to work with day #17 with the theme Journal for the #Zingtober challenge and this is quite interesting to me because no matter what the word says, I give it that special touch that is very much my own; that is, my own feeling, what it generates and reminds me of.

It turns out that as a child I learned to read very early thanks to my father and at that time we took advantage of everything, so one of the things we did after reading the newspapers was to put them to good use, particularly I loved to elaborate what we know today as the origami technique, my favorites were the paper boats.

From there the idea of this illustration that, even knowing that the word when translated says; diary or magazine, I could also observe something very important and that is that it also mentions the navigation diary so I concluded that my illustration would be based on that diary where you can navigate not only through words, also through a journey full of experiences that are captured there and from where any reader can interpret in their own way and my way has been creating a drawing where Zappit rides the boat and dives into that journey experiencing many emotions.
