Thoughts wandering afar with uncertainty looming
Fear of failure and uncertainty about what lies ahead
Most people have been there where fear creeps in like a thief
You get scared and unstable with thoughts like the water and leaf
When situations seem uncertain and the territory uncharted
This is when looking inwards and trusting your ability to succeed comes in
No situation is ever palatable - no situation is ever perfect
We carve our paths - we chart our own course in life
Nothing good comes easy even in uncharted territory
You get thrown left and right but don't leave your sail
Situations would want you to run and in between to keep your tail
Life's situations can drive you to give up amidst a loud wail
Everyone is searching for some comfort, a little bit of holy grail
Look inward, trust in your ability and build up strength
Life doesn't get easy they say but you can get tougher
