      Hola, me presento, soy Genaro de @geronimo06 y esta es mi primera participación en esta comunidad, por recomendación de papá @palabras1. Por temas de mi colegio, que estoy cursando el último año de la secundaria, es que no puedo darle continuidad a mis publicaciones. Pero aquí estoy para presentarle un pan al molde casero, en un video.

      Como dice mamá @zutodoterreno, quien es mi maestra en la cocina y de quien heredé el amor por la misma. Ella dice, que en la cocina uno es el artista y debemos hacer magia con lo que tenemos. Es por eso que no seguimos al pie de la letra las recetas. Es por eso que las cantidades, dependerán de cuanto quieres hacer.

      Debo decir que soy un tanto metódico en mi forma de cocinar, porque me gusta llevar un paso a paso. Mi madre todo lo contrario. Somos muy diferentes en ese aspecto. El pan al molde casero, me gusta hacerlo porque de tanto que lo hago, casi que lo hago automáticamente. Es que comprar pan es más caro y por ello mi madre, nos hace hacer a nosotros los panes, casi todos los días.

! [English]I must say that I am somewhat methodical in my cooking, because I like to take it step by step. My mother is quite the opposite. We are very different in that aspect. I like to make homemade bread because I make it so much that I almost do it automatically. It's because buying bread is more expensive and that's why my mother makes us make our own bread almost every day.

      Como pueden observar en el video, explico paso a paso, como lo hago al pan y debo decir, que mi horno es eléctrico y un tanto viejito. Por ese motivo tarda un tiempo en elevar su temperatura. Pero por suerte me permite cocinar el pan de todos los días.

As you can see in the video, I explain step by step, how I make the bread and I must say that my oven is electric and a little old. That's why it takes some time to raise its temperature. But luckily it allows me to bake my daily bread.

      En casa siempre intentamos comer sin harinas, pero muchas veces no es posible. Este pan que hago, lo consumimos todos en la familia, pero sobre todo mi hermano menor y yo. Mis padres intentan cuidarse más. Me gustaría, en el futuro, realizar panes con harinas más saludables. Por ejemplo, harina de garbanzo, lentejas, almendras, arroz y/o avena.

! [English]At home we always try to eat without flour, but many times it is not possible. This bread I make, we all eat it in the family, but especially my younger brother and I. My parents try to take better care of themselves. My parents try to take more care of themselves. I would like, in the future, to make breads with healthier flours.
