Saludos querida comunidad de hive, en este maravilloso día les traigo una deliciosa receta, se trata de un volteado de naranjas, un espectacular postre casero, su preparación es muy fácil los invitos a ver el paso a paso de cada procedimiento, es un bizcocho húmedo con un sabor refrescante que hará agua tu paladar, bueno mis amigos sin perder más tiempo cocinemos.

Ingredientes-Ingredients

2 tazas de harina de trigo- 1 taza y media de azúcar- 4 huevos- vainilla- sal- naranjas-limón- aceite.
2 cups of wheat flour- 1 and a half cups of sugar- 4 eggs- vanilla- salt- oranges- lemon- oil.

Preparación -Preparation

Paso1-Step1

Primer paso: tome las naranjas y exprimí hasta extraer el jugo y reserve, en un bol añadí 4 huevos y 1 taza de azúcar

First step: take the oranges and squeeze until the juice is extracted and set aside, in a bowl add 4 eggs and 1 cup of sugar.

Paso2-Step2

Segundo paso: luego de mezclar el azúcar y huevos, agregue 2 vasitos pequeños de aceite y una pizca de sal.

Second step: after mixing the sugar and eggs, add 2 small glasses of oil and a pinch of salt.

Paso3-Step3

Tercer paso: seguido agregue ralladura de limón, luego vainilla al gusto.

Third step: then add lemon zest, then vanilla to taste.

Paso4-Step4

Cuarto paso: después añadí 1 taza de harina de trigo y mezclé, luego añadí el tazón de jugo de naranjas y otra taza de harina y mezclé hasta integrar.

Fourth step: then I added 1 cup of wheat flour and mixed, then I added the bowl of orange juice and another cup of flour and mixed until integrated.

Quinto paso: luego de mezclar todo, corte unas rodajas de naranjas y puse a caramelizar azúcar y coloque las rodajas de naranjas y vertí la mezcla y deje hornear por 45 min a fuego bajo.

Fifth step: after mixing everything, I cut some slices of oranges and caramelized sugar and put the slices of oranges and poured the mixture and let it bake for 45 minutes at low heat.
