Feliz día comunidad de full deportes, en este nuevo día quiero compartir una excelente rutina, trabaje en esta ocasión mi tren superior especialmente bíceps, tríceps, hombros, con movimientos muy fáciles y versátiles que te ayudara a fortalecer tu cuerpo, este entrenamiento lo realice en 4 series de 20 repeticiones, utilice un peso improvisado para tener más intensidad al momento de realizar cada ejercicio, los invito a ver mi video sin decir más nos vemos en otra ocasión.
