una excelente rutina llena de coordinación, fuerza y equilibrio,
se trata de un full body
muy dinámico,
que realice con apoyo de
pesitas, pueden usar peso de su preferencia, la idea es mantener una buena tecnica y exigirse en todas las repeticiones, trabaje durante 4 series de 25 repetición, son ejercicios super fáciles que te ayudaran acondicionar, y fortalece todo tu cuerpo recomiendo realizar un breve calentamiento, y mantener una excelente alimentación, los invito mis amigos a disfrutar de mi pequeño entrenamiento en casa.
