Feliz domingo querida comunidad de hive, vengo con una dulce receta perfecta para cualquier ocasión; se trata de un exquisito quesillo de avena un postre realmente delicioso y muy saludable y lo mejor que es súper fácil de preparar solo utilice 4 ingredientes los invito a seguir el paso a paso de esta receta sin decir mas cocinemos.

Happy Sunday dear hive community, I come with a sweet recipe perfect for any occasion; it is an exquisite oatmeal quesillo a really delicious and very healthy dessert and the best thing is that it is super easy to prepare only use 4 ingredients I invite you to follow the step by step of this recipe without saying more let's cook.

Ingredientes-Ingredients

2 tazas de avena en hojuelas,1/2 taza de azucar,3 huevos,2 taza de leche liquida, canela.
2 cups of oat flakes, 1/2 cup of sugar, 3 eggs, 2 cups of liquid milk, cinnamon.

Preparación -Preparation

Paso1/Step1

Primero tome 2 tazas de agua y añadí en bol seguido le agregue leche en polvo y mezcle bien, luego agregue 2 taza de avena en hojuelas.

First take 2 cups of water and add it in a bowl followed by powdered milk and mix well, then add 2 cups of oat flakes.

Paso2/Step2

Luego agregue en la mezcla 3 huevos y 1/2 taza de azúcar y mezcle.

Then add 3 eggs and 1/2 cup sugar to the mixture and mix.

Paso3/Step3

Para finalizar añadí canela en polvo al gusto y mezcle.

Finally, I added cinnamon powder to taste and mixed.

Paso4/Step4

luego en un olla puse a derretir azúcar hasta formar una capa de caramelo, después agregue la mezcla y puse a cocinar a baño de maría por 1 hora.

Then in a saucepan I melted sugar until a layer of caramel was formed, then I added the mixture and cooked it in a bain-marie for 1 hour.
