Saludos querida comunidad de hive, en este nuevo día tengo el placer de compartir una deliciosa receta fácil y rápida de preparar; se trata de un delicioso pollo a curry con vegetales, un platillo fácil para su preparación no requerí de muchos ingredientes, es un pollo muy delicioso perfecto para acompañar con arroz, pastas y lo mejor que se cocina en corto tiempo, los invito a ver el paso a paso de esta receta espero que les guste mucho, sin decir acompañeme a cocinar.
Greetings dear hive community, in this new day I have the pleasure to share a delicious recipe easy and quick to prepare; it is a delicious chicken curry with vegetables, an easy dish for its preparation did not require many ingredients, it is a very delicious chicken perfect to accompany with rice, pasta and the best thing is that it is cooked in a short time, I invite you to see the step by step of this recipe I hope you like it very much, without saying accompany me to cook.
Ingredientes/Ingredients
pollo, curry, zanahoria,2 cebollas,2 papas, orégano, aceite, sal.
chicken, curry, carrots, 2 onions, 2 potatoes, oregano, oil, salt.
Preparación/Preparation
Paso1-Step1
Para esta preparación necesite 1/2 kilo de pollo corte en piezas y le retire la piel y lave muy bien, después pase a condimentar con curry, orégano y sal al gusto.
For this preparation you need 1/2 kilo of chicken cut into pieces and remove the skin and wash very well, then season with curry, oregano and salt to taste.
Paso2-Step2
luego removí para integrar los sabores deje reposar por unos 5 min.

Despues en una olla añadi un poquito de aceite y deje calentar muy bien.

luego añadí los vegetales y dejé sofreír por un momento.

Para finalizar añadí el pollo reservado, luego removí y le agregue 1/2 vaso de agua luego deje cocinar por 10 min y listo.

Me despido querida comunidad compartiendo este delicioso platillo, perfecta alternativa para comer en la hora del almuerzo, como pudieron apreciar es muy fácil y no utilice muchos ingredientes, bueno mi amigo espero que les haya gustado sin decir más nos vemos con otra ocasión.
