Mt. Gox have dismiss rumors of bitcoin dump
Some days ago , there was a particular rumour flying around that more than 100000 BTC worth more than $2billion will be dumped into the market by Mt Gox as they plan to actually release funds to its creditors that they have locked up for more than six years.. This rumour could be one of the factors that made the bitcoin to dump some hours ago....The announcement by the U.S federal reserve concerning the interest rates was also a factor too...
Well MT GOX have issued their statement and have denied having such plans and that the rumour should be discarded , you can read the news of the denial here
Well I hope the rumour is not true because selling such a huge amount of bitcoin would definitely have a negative effective on the bitcoin market and it could make the bitcoin market to experience more dip..
The bitcoin market is Still looking kind of bearish at the moment, any further negative news could make the bitcoin to dip more..

I guess that could be one of the reasons why the bitcoin market is calm at the moment
