  Acá hoy les traigo un vídeo con el paso a paso de la elaboración de unas gelapaletas navideñas de gelatina con doble sabor. Gelatina cítrica roja y gelatina de leche. Normalmente muchas reposteras hacen estás paletas con un sólo sabor de gelatina, específicamente con gelatina de leche, imagino porque está desmolda mucho más fácil.

*Red citrus gelatin.

  For the red citric gelatin you can use commercial gelatin sachets, I recommend making it as hard as possible, prepare it with half the liquid indicated in the instructions of the sachet or supplement it with unflavored gelatin to add firmness.

Para hacer estas paletas de gelatina necesitamos:

*Gelatina cítrica roja.
*Gelatina de leche.
*Paletas de madera.
*Molde de paletas.

  Para la gelatina cítrica roja pueden usar gelatina de sobre de las comerciales, recomiendo hacerla lo más durita posible, preparen con la mitad del líquido que les indican las instrucciones del sobre o complementen con gelatina sin sabor para añadir firmeza.

  Para la gelatina de leche en la web y YouTube pueden conseguir muchas recetas de como prepararla 😉 si me pongo a compartir la receta se haría súper largo y bueno acá quiero mostrar más el proceso de elaboración de la paletas ❤️
