Greetings! beautiful hive community I tell you that for days I have wanted to eat quesillo because it is easy and quick to make plus I did it with few ingredients that I had available and the best thing is that it came out delicious, the quesillo is popular because always at parties accompany it with cake and jelly, believe me I still do not know anyone who does not like quesillo JAJAJ.
Did you know that also in many countries they call it egg flan, pudding and roasted milk but here in Venezuela it is known as quesillo, you can also make it with pumpkin, pineapple, jojoto, parchita and chocolate that are also divine for all palates, many also add condensed milk others with powdered milk here is a matter of tastes and flavors.
AHORA SI EMPECEMOS CON LOS INGREDIENTES:
NOW LET'S START WITH THE INGREDIENTS:
VAMOS A NECESITAR
🌟 4 Huevos.
🌟 1 Taza de leche en polvo o una lata de leche condensada.
🌟 1 Taza de azúcar blanca.
🌟 2 Cucharadas de vainilla negra o blanca.
🌟 Ralladura de limón o naranja.

🌙In a cheese mold or a mold that we use to make quesillos, we put less than a cup of sugar and half a cup of water, cook this until you start to see the brown of the melted, we must go moving so that it spreads throughout the mold. (We take it to low heat).
🌙 This is how beautiful the brown of our melado should look now we must let it cool until it is hard as candy.
