Today i would like to share Green Chutney Recipe, Green Chutney is also known as Hari Chutney. It is made with green coriander leaves and some spices, it's perfect side Indian cuisine can be served with any appetizers & Snacks, it can be enjoy with Indian traditional bread too. The word chutney derives from Hindi เคšเคŸเคจเฅ€ chaแนญnฤซ, which means'to lick' or 'to eat with appetite, have a little to amazing strong flavour with any snacks. It's spicy, tangy, flavourful taste blend with any of the snacks,even it's used in many of the indian Street food Recipe like Dhai vada, chaat, bhel etc. Apart from its aromatic taste, it' nutritious and many health benefits.

There are many types of Indian Chutney, but today i would like to share the Green Chutney, it easy recipe can be made in few minutes, you can also refrigerate for 2 to 3 days, can be served at any time. But for more flavour and taste try to make it fresh to serve with appetizers.

Ingredients


โ€ข 200 grams for fresh coriander Leaves.

โ€ข 2 Green Chilli(can add more,as per your taste)

โ€ข Black Salt as per taste.
โ€ข inch of Ginger.
โ€ข One Lemon.

Add the clean, raised & drained fresh green coriander leaves into jar.

Add green chillies into it, you can add more or less, depending on your taste and flavour. You can also add cumin seeds powder, but it's changes colour, so i always preferred to have green, so i don't add Cumin seeds powder.

Squeeze the lemons for tangy taste.

Add the black salt, add 1 to 2 tbsp of water for smooth texture, begin to Blend. Taste it, add more salt if needed.

Your green chutney is ready to serve with any of the snacks, you can also store in glass bottle for 2-3 days.

I have served the chutney with khichdi to add more flavour and taste to it...
