Vermicelli healthy breakfast which you can enjoy once a week.Vermicelli is a very thin pasta broken into small strips. There are many ways to make vermicelli, some make it by roasting it and some make it as sweet dessert. But today I want to share that new recipe which is healthy as it is completely made from wheat and little oil with lots of veggies is used in this recipe. It really tasted delicious and yummy.
Itโs seriously easy, quick and of course delicious Breakfast!
Vermicelli has been made in my house for a long time but I have never made it in this way before. As I told earlier, My father had become ill, was the hospitalised for a week and he used to get this type of vermicelli there, so I saw that it was not roasted which required a lot of oil and spicy, it was simply boiled and with lots of veggies in it. Since then vermicelli is prepared in this manner in my house and it has become my father's favorite breakfast.
I also like it because it can be prepared quickly and in less time.

Ingredients
๐ด 2 cup Vermicelli.
๐ด 1 small Chopped Onion.
๐ด 1/2 cup Capsicum.
๐ด 4 Cloves of Garlic
๐ด 7-8 pieces of Curry leaves.
๐ด 1/8 teaspoon Mustard seeds.
๐ด 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Black peppers.
๐ด 2 Green Chillies.
๐ด Coriander leaves.
๐ด Salt to taste.
๐ด1 tablespoon Oil.
You can add any vegetable available at your home
I wanted finely chopped vegetables so I have used Vegetable chopper.
French, please ignore my face completely. I slept late at night and woke up early in the morning. On top of that, this onion was spicy which was troubling to my eyes.
How to Cook ๐งโ๐ณ
Boil water in a pan, add 2 teaspoon oil and Salt add toasted vermicelli and let it stand in hot water for 2 minutes.
Put out some vermicelli and press, if they feel soft - they are ready. If they are still crunchy keep them in hot water for another minute and until soft. Be careful Don't Over boiled the vermicelli,so you don't get trouble after. Drain the water, Let it cool Down. Keep it Aside.
Take a Kadai/Pan heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. When they start to crackling, then add mix in chopped onions, capsicum and saute for a minute.
And Add the boiled Vermicelli, sprinkle Salt & Back Pepper Use a gentle hand to mix well or else they will get mushy. Take it off the flame and wait couple of minutes before serving.
Garnish it with Green Coriander Leaves.
