Intellectual property (IP) describe as creations of your mind such as any new inventions, literary, designs,symbol, logo , artistic works and any Article or content by your own. In simple language, Something created by own your intelligence it can be any formula, innovation, any book even if you Animated any cartoon. We should not use any article, music or anything without their owner permission. The one who is its inventor takes intellectual right to protect his data so that his information or his own creativity is not stolen or misuse by someone.

If you want to understand IP in more simple language, like the image I have uploaded above was taken from Google, that is why I have written the source, so that i Don't face any issues of Plagiarism (representing of work on other as my own)

Type of Intellectual Property

There are various types of IO but i could like to describe only three main IP i.e. Patent, Trademark and Copyright.

• Patent

you have done your own invention that has never been done before, So it can also be said that a solution to a problem has been found which no one has found till now, you get the exclusive right, which is known as patent, for this you have to share technical information about the invention to the public in a patent application, Which is mandatory to share to get the patent Right. No one can use the invention without the prior permission or payment to inventor.

Like invention of mobile phone, telephone, Bluetooth, bulb etc are all under the Patent rights.No one else had invented these things before these people.

• Copy rights

The word copyright is very big. Everyone must have heard it but what is the actual meaning? Copyright is legal right which provides ownership to any creator of his or her original work. Many things go under copyright, like song, video, music, sound recording, photography, article, artwork etc. If a person sells or makes use of a copyrighted item without permission of owner, then person is punishable and it is known as copyright fringement.

• TradeMark

Any words, symbol, phrase, design or logo that identifies your company, good or services. For trademark company should be registered under Trademark Rights. It is very important to do this, otherwise someone can steal your brand and make expensive goods with low quality and earn huge profit.

Nowadays youth are getting attracted towards big brands. Because it works like a magnet. This creates a positive image of the organization and thus t
make the customers easily.

Hopefully you would have known the difference between the three of them, earlier I too did not know, I knew there was some confusion but now all the doubts in my head have been cleared after writing the blog.One simple thing, whether it is someone's image or any article, we should not copy it and add it to our article.*
