Hola mis amores agradecida con Dios por estar una vez más dando una nueva entrega de mi contenido les cuento que este es uno de los platillos favoritos de mi esposo le encanta comer carne de cochino o cerdo que quede bien doradito con yuca ensalada y plátanos frito el dice que no hay otra persona que cocine el cochino como yo le encanta como se lo cocino por qué los chicharrones se los dejo crujiente y bien doradotos jejeje yo lo que hago es reírme,por qué a el le pasó una anécdota, la otra vez en un puesto de venta de carne de cochino y chicharrón muy conocido en el pueblo estaban vendiendo chicharon con cachapa y queso de mano el muy alegre por qué iba a degustar de sus carne de cochino y chicharrón y cuando abre la bandeja y los ven como blanco y el cuero blando y no estaban dorados en si le faltó cocinarlo un poco más, el se molesto por qué como era posible que una gente que son experto en venta de carne de cochino no sepan cocinar unos chicharrones bien y desde ahí dijo que ya no comería en la calle eso que mejor se los preparo yo en casa 🤭
