Pasta a la boloñesa || Pasta Bolognese
Hola a todos, feliz martes.
El día de hoy les traigo una receta clásica y deliciosa, pasta a la boloñesa.
Amo comer pasta por las diferentes combinaciones que podemos hacer para preparar la salsa que le acompaña y la preparo al menos una vez a la semana en mi casa. Esta receta es sencilla de preparar y su resultado muy delicioso.

Hello everyone, happy start of the week.
Today I bring you a classic and delicious recipe, pasta bolognese.
I love eating pasta because of the different combinations we can make to prepare the sauce that accompanies it and I prepare it at least once a week at home. This recipe is simple to prepare and the result is very delicious.
Without further ado, let's get started.
- 300 gramos de pasta de tu preferencia.
- Tomate.
- Cebolla blanca.
- Cebolla morada.
- Ajo.
- Pimentón.
- 200 gramos de carne molida.
- Sal, pimienta, adobo.
- 300 grams of pasta of your choice.
- Tomato.
- White onion.
- Purple onion.
- Garlic.
- Paprika.
- 200 grams of ground beef.
- Salt, pepper, marinade.
Como primer paso vamos a cocinar la carne, así que la pasamos a una olla o perol a cocinar con los condimentos de nuestra preferencia. La dejamos cocinar por unos 10 minutos, hasta que haya cambiado de color. Lo retiramos de la olla.
As a first step we are going to cook the meat, so we put it in a pot or pot to cook with the seasonings of our preference. We let it cook for about 10 minutes, until it has changed color. We remove it from the pot.
Luego de esto vamos a picar todos los vegetales y los llevamos a la misma olla donde teníamos la carne.
After this we are going to chop all the vegetables and take them to the same pot where we had the meat.
Agregamos condimentos y color a nuestro gusto, adicionalmente un poco de aceite y dejamos cocinar.
We add seasoning and color to our taste, additionally a little oil and let it cook.
Cuando esté listo lo llevamos a la licuadora y pasamos de nuevo a la olla.
When it is ready, we take it to the blender and return it to the pot.
Le agregamos la carne que habíamos cocinada y dejamos hervir por unos 10 minutos. En este tiempo se terminaran de cocinar bien los vegetales ya licuados y tendremos una salsa roja.
Add the cooked meat and let it boil for about 10 minutes. During this time the liquefied vegetables will finish cooking and we will have a red sauce.
Colocamos a hervir agua en una olla con un poco de sal y aceite y cuando este hirviendo le agregamos la pasta. Cocinamos según las indicaciones del paquete de la pasta.
We put to boil water in a pot with a little salt and oil and when it is boiling we add the pasta. Cook according to the instructions on the pasta package.
Servimos en un plato y podemos acompañarlo con unas papas fritas.
Serve on a plate and we can accompany it with french fries.
Y listo! Tendremos un delicioso almuerzo, rápido y sencillo.
