Cantonese-style seafood noodle dish for dinner!

There's a restaurant that’s quickly becoming my favorite, the name of the place is 52 Seafood Kitchen. They offer a variety of great food at affordable prices, which is why I keep coming back to try other dishes.

For dinner, I’m having seafood noodles Cantonese style. The main highlight of this dish is the sauce. They use dark soy sauce to create a savory taste, which I find delicious. The type of noodle they're using is something I haven’t tried before, or maybe I just don't remember, since I rarely order or eat this kind of noodles. They’re flat with a really nice extra texture.

What I love most about this restaurant isn’t just that they serve good food—it's the fresh ingredients they use. I’ve posted about my experience with their beef noodles (or dry beef noodles) before. They cook the most tender beef slices I’ve ever had, something I think only professional chefs can achieve.

So, I had similar expectations for this visit, and I must say, they did not disappoint. I’m impressed by the quality of the food they serve. They really excel when it comes to cooking and handling the ingredients.

I also appreciate how they manage to keep their prices reasonable without compromising quality. I’m particularly impressed by the effort they put into crafting their dishes.

In this particular dish, the seafood portions are generous, including prawns, fish cake, and shellfish—one of my favorite ingredients.

Overall, 52 Seafood Kitchen continues to impress me with its fresh ingredients and well-executed dishes. I look forward to returning and trying more from their menu.
