The rich and fertile farmland

In Nigeria, we are not just blessed with abundant land but they are rich and fertile which brings us to being a country rich in agricultural products. From the North to the West, East and South we all have more than one local delicacy. Like pounded yam from the West, Tuwo in the North and fufu and pepper soup from the South. The king of them all, our Naija jollof rice. Our rich, vast land and local foods are some of the things that made me proud as a Nigerian. Anywhere I go in the world I will always crave our delicacies.

My People

We found strength in our diverse ethnic groups with about 371 tribes and the main three tribes are Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo. I came from one of the minority tribes Ebira. I'm a proud Ebira lady.

Nigerian people are our brothers and sisters' keepers, we always strive to be better. We are goals-getters no matter what is standing in our way, we are resilient and hardworking and for this I'm happy about where I come from.

This country is my home and no matter where I go or become tomorrow it will always be my one and only home. For this I love my country.

Do you think your country has all it takes to help you develop as a person?

Other areas we are still facing challenges, are the education sector and low electricity supply, so if I'm going to develop into my full potential these areas will play a key role that the present Nigeria is not having. If I'm to remain here then I will have to put more effort in order to achieve my aims compared to my mates in a developed country.

If you could leave for another country, would you? If yes or no, explain why

My answer to this is yes, In fact my family and I are currently considering this option, some preliminary plans are already in play which i'm praying it works out for our favor. The plan is to go to a developed country, get better at what we choose, then come back to impact our homeland. This is what those developed countries have been doing and it is working for them. I don't wish to relocate and live forever in that country but go out there, explore their opportunities then come back home to impact my knowledge.

I see myself as my country's home girl, if I have the money there are so many opportunities to explore here in Nigeria. As a developing country, there are a lot of investment opportunities and so much this land can offer me to live and enjoy.

Talking about enjoyment, we have so many things here to explore, like the beaches, the resorts and the waterfalls, the hotels, music and nightlife, the food is one of my favorite areas as a foodie heheh.

My dear homeland is rich in culture, every ethnicity with their unique cultural ways of life.

The Emir and his entourage ride through a number of quarters housing historically significant families before returning to the palace via the Kofar Kudu gate for the Jahi - the horsemen's salute. The Palace guards march into position after the Jahi and fire several gunshots into the air, signaling the end of the Hawan Daushe Durbar."

Nigeria is blessed with fertile land and the farmers has been doing their best in utilizing the natural endowment until the Fulani heads men slaughtered lots of farmers in the north which lead to limitations and high cost in food supply across the state. There are so many things to be proud of our beautiful country indeed and other sectors lagging behind can be better with good government. I wish you grace even as you and Ur family plan to leave the country and come back to impact your nation positively.

Yes, the Fulani herdsmen problem is another nightmare that needs to be solved, gone are the day's farmers can go to the farm without any form of fear of being attacked or killed.

And thank you very much, for your good wishes for my family plan.

This is absolutely interesting and I love how you answered the questions. Truly, one can even go out there to developed countries, learn how they do things, come back to your homeland and impart knowledge to others, that is great.

I love my country too and if I would want to leave this country, then it´s not permanent because no matter where I go, I will always return back to my source.

Thank you Princess for your comment ❤

There is so much to live for and enjoy in Nigeria, but one will need to make sure to position himself or herself well for it.

Get the knowledge, make the money, and live in a good city of your choice.
