Hola amigos de #hive y #swc, hoy vuelvo a compartirles mi entrenamiento de front lever, espero les guste, el día de hoy decidíen One More Gym, ya que había una hora desocupada en el gym, así que aproveche para hacer mi entrenamientode manera cómoda, estoy empezando a meter front lever con agarre abierto, ya que bueno quería probar a ver que tal me iba y poder perfeccionar este movimiento que voy a empezar a practicar y pulir al maximo, luego de eso decidí hacer una que otra progresion de este movimiento que es el half de front lever uno de mis progresiones favoritas y que ej mi opinión personal es el mejor para sacar o mejorar front lever, después de eso hize un par de dominadas para terminary luego continue con mi día normal como de costumbre dando los entrenamientos personalizados.
Hello friends of #hive and #swc, today I am sharing my front lever training again, I hope you like it, today I decided on One More Gym, since there was an empty hour in the gym, so I took the opportunity to do my training comfortable, I'm starting to put front lever with an open grip, since well I wanted to try to see how it went and be able to perfect this movement that I'm going to start practicing and polishing as much as possible, after that I decided to do one or another progression of this movement that is the half of front lever one of my favorite progressions and that in my personal opinion is the best to remove or improve front lever, after that I did a couple of pull-ups to finish and then continued with my normal day as usual giving the personalized training.
