Hola amigos de #swc y #hive, hoy voy a compartir con ustedes este entrenamiento de plancha que hice el dia de ayer lunes de 5 de agosto del año 2024, la rutina consta de alrededor de 5 ejercicios los cuales son:
- tucked advance planche max Max aguantes 4 series
-tucked planche con flexiones 10 reps x 4 series
-tucked planche agarre supino max aguantes x 4 series
-lean planche maltés max aguantes + flexiones de diamante 12 reps x 4 series
-flexiones profundas en miniparalelas 12 reps x 4 series.
Hello friends of #swc and #hive, today I am going to share with you this plank workout that I did yesterday, Monday, August 5, 2024, the routine consists of around 5 exercises which are: - tucked advance planche max Max holds 4 series -tucked planche with push-ups 10 reps x 4 sets -tucked planche supine grip max holds x 4 sets -lean maltese planche max holds + diamond push-ups 12 reps x 4 sets -Deep push-ups in mini-parallels 12 reps x 4 sets.
