Hola amigos de #hive y #swc, les comparto aquí fotografías de mis entrenamientos del pasado sábado, domingo y lunes, por cuestiones políticas en Venezuela hemos tenido que entrenar en nuestras casas ya que salir a la calle es un asunto delicado y mucho riesgo, los entrenamientos se centran en handstand, stradle planche y front Lever, espero que os guste, cada fotografía es de días diferentes, nos vemos en un próximo post.
Hello friends of #hive and #swc, I share here photographs of my training sessions from last Saturday, Sunday and Monday, due to political issues in Venezuela we have had to train in our homes since going out on the street is a delicate and a lot of risk, the workouts are focused on handstand, stradle planche and front lever, I hope you like it, each photograph is from different days, see you in a next post.
