Feeling Calmer Today

Yesterday morning, I had some rather intense suicidal thoughts, including leaving a note describing how I wouldn't want anyone to miss me because I don't deserve it, but I let them pass. The rest of the day was stressful due to work, but I didn't have anymore negative thoughts about myself. The day ended on a happier note, watching a Disney movie with my Mom. We both smiled quite a few times, which was honestly fantastic.

Today was a calmer day. I'm definitely a bit more relaxed than usual at this moment.

By the way, I quite literally forgot to meditate yesterday. Seriously, I forgot! By the time I remembered, I fell asleep too quickly to actually do it! No problem... it's not late right now, so I'll do it within the next few minutes. I'm sure I'll encounter some bad thoughts but I'll face them. This is the only way forward.

sound sleep and regular meditation will help you overcome those thoughts. Try to be an observer of those thoughts, in fact, try to observe yourself the whole day, you will slowly get rid of random thoughts and achieve a state of thoughtlessness, that state of thoughtlessness is the "peace of mind"
