Splinterlands-Social Media Challenge- Wraith Of The Dead

Lets talk about a card i admire, I haven't basically tried this card on battle myself but i've been beaten with it probably twice, so i decided to look for it ingame.

Because of time and to make this post as short as possible i wont be sharing a battle i played with it myself until next time, but am just gonna talk a little about it so you get a glance why this card might be useful to you in battles and why i prefer this card to most.

Wailing Wraith is a monster that has 1 speed and 1 melee attack, so probably you might be thinking it will be slow during attacks and acting fast., But here is the catch,; She posses the Armored Strike ability which enables her to get an additional meelee attack that is equivalent to her armor. So practically she gets + 1 Melee attack when in level 1 and +2meelee attack in level 8 since her armor is just 1 and 2.

Stats

Now if you look closely there are basically various levels in this monster, the card however can be enjoyable in both level 1 down to 8. In level 1 which is the base level it has just 2 abilities which is the Armored strike and Reach. But going down the max level it posses 4 abilities which can be very uselful in the Battle field.

The Affliction and Rust ability was added to it, and you can imagine the impact monsters with such abilities can make in the battle field, BLOODY......

Probable if you want to enjoy this card more you should be playing it in the max level especially in 8. But that doesn't mean its not still a blast in level 1.

Sales/Rent

At some point renting it is quite affordable maybe for a day, weeks or month. But if you can afford it and really see the wounderful result it brings in the battle field, why not own it?

It has an average mana cost of 4, so practically this card fits very well in the second position, I dont think it can really make an impact in the tank or goto tank position that means if you using it in level 1. But if its in max level then it can be a blast in the tank position especially the goto tank.

Rulesets.:

The only disadvantage of this card however is the fact that it works well with some certain ruleset and dont in some, actually that happends to all cards.

Wailing Wraith reeks When given these sets of ruleset in battles she might probably make you loose, so best avoid using when when these Ruleset are given.
