Am really addicted to this game WideHunt. The sound of the gun shot, the crack of the rifle and the replacement of bullets is like music to my ears, it's as though I am actually hunting for real.

This time I decided to hunt in Germany still in the Alaska mountains. If Germany was really beautiful like this one on my screen then I'd definitely want to go hunting there someday.

I decided to use a different gun that suited this mission. I changed my gun from the Cabbine spike 200 I used for the Harlequin ducks hunt last time. I had to go with the Rifle Zauer LC101 gun. Though from the look of things the gun was a bit rusty and old so I did some upgrades on the Rifle lock, the scope, Barrel and handle, but it still did not suit my taste.

Mission :

The mission was to hunt 6 foxes or roe deer, but before I can get to that I have to set some bait by drawing them out with my gun sound.

Hearing the sound of the gun you can tell it's old school, sounds like the kind of gun my grandfather used for hunting in the uncivilized days.

I missed a couple of bait animals, because the gun takes a lot of time to reload plus the bullet lock is just 2 and not 3, which I find very conflicting. The annoying part is before I can reload the animal might have escaped.

Target:

What murdered me was the task to hunt “1 common raccoon dog” before calling it a day.. Unfortunately I missed this animal because my gun's reload time wasn't fast enough, plus I had my hand shaking while pulling the trigger.

The mistake I made on this hunt was not using some Adrenaline to slow down the movement of the raccoon dog, I didn't know it would be quick in escaping. Never knew raccoon dogs were fast when it comes to running for their lives.

Summary:

Adrenaline helps to slow down the movement of a moving animal, with a couple left I should have killed the raccoon dog if only I remembered to use it. But heck that is what life is all about you learn everyday even while hunting in the wild.
