Blowing Up Tank 1990, NES Version

Tank 1990 is an old game that has been rebranded so many times. I stumbled on this game while I was travelling to Lagos last year. I was at the park waiting for hubby to buy the ticket and a little boy around 8 sitting next to me waiting for his mum to get their ticket was holding his kids tablet playing this game.

I wasn't really interested in this game because It didn't capture my interest at that time. But it was keeping my mind busy, i mean I couldn't just sit and wait bored till my ticket was called, so to keep my eyes filled and entertained i watched this little boy play tank 1990.

Tank 1990 was developed and released in 1990 as obviously stated, and when you look closely you'll notice it's a Nintendo version. I am not really a fan of the NES [Nintendo Entertainment System] collection but there is something about this game that just draws me in. when an enemy reaches your territory trying to get that trophy you'll be alerted with a warning sign to act fast cause if they mistakenly do its game over.

This game was actually popular in the 90s and it's a multi directional shooter video game where you try as much as possible to defend your territory and prevent enemies from reaching the trophy zone in your custody.
There really isn't much about this game, the mission is straightforward, however it is designed to surprise you with different attacks as the game progresses.

Am the one with the green tank and sometimes I'll have to kill 10 to 15 black tankers just to scale through the next level . When the game gets too tough I am always given some items from time to time to help me defend myself especially when it's nasty.

Am really a fan of shooting games cause I love the sound of it. However when you use the normal green tank you tend to act slow even when you think fast, and that is the only challenge of this game.. but as the game progresses it introduces different items that might help you during battles and level you up. You can get a shovel that will help you double the bricks around the trophy for some time. This helps to prevent those enemies at the territory from penetrating before you get there

For instance you can pick up an item that can stop the time, in doing so all the enemy tanks will freeze while you attack from every corner. One thing I find challenging are the two tankers. The one with the doubled armor can be a real drama tank as it takes more time to eliminate him. The other is the tank that moves pretty fast. If I am too slow to attack, especially when I haven't gotten a new bullet, the fastest enemy tank can take me out before I say jack.

However if I am lucky I might get a doubled armor upgrade item whereby my tank becomes more refined and my bullet becomes faster. This levels me up, But it doest happen all the time. Aside from that I can pick up a grenade that can blow up the whole enemy tank present at that time, and I can get a shovel to double the blocks of the trophy house to prevent the enemy tank from penetrating for a little while. but like i wrote before that is if i get lucky.
Oh well let bygones be bygones we'll just keep blowing up things.
