Returning to Horizon and this time, its Forbidden West.
The first person that this game reminded me of is @incublus, who used to make my blogging journey about Horizon Zero Dawn more interesting with his comments. I sometimes forgot to mention the animals of the game are not real, they're cyber but he always reminded me of it.
There are these watchers that looks and works like Hyena and we probably named them Cyber-Hyena (I'm sure I'm naming them right now, lol) and I see they still evolves around in this installment.
There were these big beasts that looks like Dinosaurs and we didn't name them. I even forgot what their actual name is.
We had these Cyber-Kangaroos/Goats that mostly runs around and its great to see them again.
There were some Cyber-Giraffes that are the tallest/biggest cyber-animal of the game and I could see almost the whole open world after climbing on top of them.
And there's Aloy riding a Cyber-Bull real fast in trying to save the world. Aloy is the playable character of this game and btw, Horizon Zero Dawn was the game that made me upgrade my GPU and then I started experiencing some awesome games leaving that one behind as I lost interest in the game suddenly for some reasons.
Now when Aloy is still trying to save the world they're in, I started noticing if the major issue that made me quit playing the first installment is still the same on this one but I was yet to find that out.
Aloy understood that the land is dying, peoples are suffering and they'll starve soon, all because of a terraforming system that's spiraling out of control.
Aloy also understood it won't be long before they hit the point of no return so she was trying hard to do something about it but the problem is, it comes to nothing every time she think she has a lead.
Then Aloy started taking about her repeated dream where she walks under a brilliant night sky, through a field of flowers and she finds Elizabeth after getting to the center.
Even though Elizabeth has been dead for a thousand years, she waits for Aloy in the dream and Aloy mentioned Elizabeth is the closest person she ever had to a mother. Aloy feels whole for a moment.
But it never last. Right after hugging Elizabeth in the dream, everything started turning into dark beings. Elizabeth fades away, the land starts dying and something tries to attack Aloy.
So, that's how Aloy has been spending his days and nights. She gets up from her sleep when the sweet dream turns into a nightmare and she checks this thing on the necklace. That's it from Aloy, from her current life.
The storytelling is done and its the current story where Aloy sensed something and when she was about to use an arrow on the threat, it looked like its Varl whom I met in Zero Dawn (the previous installment) and now he looks far better.
From their conversation, I understood the issue that made me quit playing the first installment has been taken care of. It was the animation when they have a conversation. It was too dull in the first installment and I didn't like it at all.
Aloy gifted Varl a spare focus and this is the first time Varl got to use a focus which amazed him as he could see a lot more that he's been his whole life.
Varl asked Aloy if she sees like this all the time out of curiosity and Aloy replied that its been like this since she was a little girl. They got ready to do some exploration around when I was thinking I'd have a blast experience with this installment.
The next chapter will be coming soon.
Screenshots are my take from the game and there's a logo that I used on the thumbnail picture.

Wow the game graphics look amazing.
The visuals are stunning, for sure. It's one of those games where you can't help but appreciate the graphics.
What an impressive visual theme it has. I was always fascinated by those cyber-animals. We need to name them all lol.
The blend of nature and futuristic cyber-animals of this game is so unique. Naming them all sounds like a fun challenge, let's do it.
Looks impressive. @tipu curate 8
