A Brawl Battle using Phantom of the Abyss.

This is about my winning match. Using Phantom of the Abyss in a brawl battle, I got a good result of winning against the enemy team.

I'll be joining a battle challenge hosted by @splinterlands with this post and I'm linking the challenge link so that other peoples may know about it.

This time I got a battle with 44 mana and I went for it using Valnamor as the water summoner.

Battle Ruleset:

	The battle ruleset has 44 mana cap.
	Earthquake: Non-flying monsters take 2 melee damage at the end of each round.

My chosen cards.
I chose water splinter with 6 water cards where I used Valnamor as the summoner.

The Battle

The earthquake ruleset is a crucial ruleset where both team should've used some flying monsters. Following this ruleset, I chose two flying monsters and others were non-flying monsters but they were worth using and I should clarify that Phantom of the Abyss is a flying monster. My enemy team didn't use a single flying monster and neglected the ruleset totally.

Kelya Frendul offered +1 speed and +1 armor to all enemy monsters. Valnamor offered +1 speed, +1 health to all friendly monsters and also offered +1 magic attack to all five magic monsters. Venari Wavesmith of the enemy team offered +2 armor to all enemy monsters.

Friendly teams Phantom of the Abyss started attacking first where Wave Brood of the enemy team lost four health for the single attack. Then the enemy team's Djinn Oshannus attacked Torrent Fiend where the friendly monster died and Djinn Oshannus of friendly team reached the first position and then attacked Wave Brood where the enemy monster lost three health. Then Runemancer Kye attacked and killed three more health of Wave Brood and the friendly monster gained two health using the life leech ability that allows its holder to increase its health each time it damages an enemy monster's health in proportion to the damage dealt.

Ruler of the Seas then attacked Wave Brood where the enemy monster died and the adjacent enemy monster Flying Squid also lost two health for the blast ability of the friendly monster and Flying Squid reached the first position. Then after Coral Wraith attacked Nerissa Tridawn where the enemy monster lost three health, Merdaali Guardian healed two health of Flying Squid using tank heal ability that restores a portion of the monster in the first position's health each round. Then both Nerissa Tridawn and Venari Wavesmith attacked Djinn Oshannus where the friendly monster lost only two health from a damage reducing damages using void ability that reduce damage from magic attacks.

There came the second round where all enemy monsters lost two armor each and three non-flying friendly monsters lost two health each. Then first Phantom of the Abyss and then Djinn Oshannus attacked Flying Squid where the enemy monster lost a total of seven health keeping a single portion of health at last. Then Djinn Oshannus of the enemy team attacked Djinn Oshannus of friendly team where the friendly monster lost two health. Then Ruler of the Seas attacked and killed Flying Squid with magic attack and the adjacent enemy monster lost two health for blast and then it reached the first position.

And Merdaali Guardian died right after it reached the first position by the attack of Runemancer Kye and the friendly monster then two more health using life leech ability. Then Coral Wraith attacked and killed three health of Nerissa Tridawn.

There came another round where the friendly team lost two non-flying monsters in earthquake and Phantom of the Abyss died a moment before the friendly team won the battle with the help of the earthquake ruleset. The friendly team won the battle keeping two monsters alive.
