Hola amigos de Hive! Hoy quiero antojarlos con una deliciosa pasta casera, una experiencia que va más allá del simple sabor.

Si bien la pasta industrial puede ser práctica, no se compara con la textura y el sabor únicos de la pasta casera. Además, la preparo con ingredientes frescos y seleccionados, lo que la hace más saludable y fácil de digerir.

Al principio, cuando empecé a hacer pasta casera, no tenía muchas herramientas. Sin embargo, con el tiempo he ido adquiriendo algunas que me facilitan el trabajo, como mi nuevo mantel de silicona que evita que la masa se pegue al mesón.

While store-bought pasta can be convenient, it doesn't compare to the unique texture and taste of homemade pasta. Additionally, I prepare it with fresh, selected ingredients, making it healthier and easier to digest.

In the beginning, when I started making homemade pasta, I didn't have many tools. However, over time, I've acquired some that make the job easier, like my new silicone mat that prevents the dough from sticking to the counter.

RECETA

100 gramos de harina por persona y un huevo mediano o grande. Integramos bien los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa homogénea que no se pegue a las manos. Luego, la refrigeramos por al menos 30 minutos para facilitar su manejo.

RECIPE

100 grams of flour per person and a medium or large egg. We thoroughly integrate the ingredients until we obtain a homogeneous dough that doesn't stick to our hands. Then, we refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.

AMASADO

El siguiente paso es aplanar la masa. Yo uso mi nueva máquina para aplanar pasta, que me ahorra tiempo y esfuerzo, pero también puedes hacerlo con un rodillo tradicional.

Luego, podemos darle la forma que deseemos: fettuccine, raviolis, espaguetis o cualquier otra forma que inspire nuestra creatividad. En esta ocasión, opté por una pasta larga que dejé secar en unos ganchos para facilitar su almacenamiento.

KNEADING

The next step is to flatten the dough. I use my new pasta machine, which saves me time and effort, but you can also do it with a traditional rolling pin.

Then, we can give it any shape we desire: fettuccine, ravioli, spaghetti, or any other form that inspires our creativity. This time, I opted for long pasta that I left to dry on some hooks for easier storage.

COCCIÓN

La cocción es similar a la de la pasta industrial, pero con un tiempo de cocción ligeramente menor. Sabremos que está lista cuando la pasta flote en la superficie del agua.

Finalmente, podemos disfrutarla con nuestra salsa favorita. Yo la preparé con una deliciosa salsa de carne, pero puedes usar la que prefieras.

COOKING

The cooking process is similar to store-bought pasta, but with a slightly shorter cooking time. We'll know it's ready when the pasta floats on the surface of the water.

Finally, we can enjoy it with our favorite sauce. I prepared mine with a delicious meat sauce, but you can use whichever you prefer.
