Una salidita para despejar el alma [ENG-ESP] A little outing to clear the soul

Por fin salí del encierro... Es que a veces uno necesita una salidita y esta era la salida que yo necesitaba.

I finally got out of the confinement.... Sometimes you need a little way out and this was the way out I needed.

Hace un día mi esposo y yo fuimos a un centro comercial muy reconocido de acá de Maracaibo que se llama Costa Verde, salimos a pasear un rato, a caminar, a despegar la mente de tanto estrés no es que haya muchas cosas en ese centro comercial pero es bonito y se puede pasar un buen rato. Caminamos, hablamos, tomé muchas fotos y disfruté el paisaje.

A day ago my husband and I went to a very well known shopping mall here in Maracaibo called Costa Verde, we went for a walk, to take our minds off so much stress, not that there are many things in that mall but it is nice and you can have a good time. We walked, we talked, I took a lot of pictures and enjoyed the scenery.

Yo puedo salir cuando yo quiera pero a veces no quiero porque me da como fastidio, me gusta estar en casa acostada viendo televisión, pero a veces me entra la ansiedad y quiero salir, me quiero arreglar, quiero disfrutar de otras cosas, quiero hablar con algunas otras personas pero primero no tengo muchos amigos y segundo no me gusta salir sola siempre, a veces disfruto de estar sola pero me gusta más estar en compañía por eso siempre decido no salir y me aburro muchísimo, soy más de hablar qué de estar en un teléfono todo el día.

I can go out whenever I want but sometimes I don't want to because I get annoyed, I like to be at home lying down watching TV, but sometimes I get anxious and I want to go out, I want to get dressed up, I want to enjoy other things, I want to talk to some other people but first I don't have many friends and second I don't always like to go out alone, sometimes I enjoy being alone but I like to be in company so I always decide not to go out and I get bored a lot, I am more about talking than being on the phone all day.

Me la pasé genial con mi esposo, teníamos mucho rato sin salir de verdad que necesitaba esta salida urgentemente, él me brindó unos tequeños, nos reímos, recordamos buenos momentos, vimos vitrinas, vimos peluches, vimos ropa también entramos a una librería, estuvimos viendo algunos libros que nos gustaban, entre planes y entre chistes se nos fueron las horas hasta que nos fuimos a casa.

I had a great time with my husband, we had a long time without going out, I really needed this outing urgently, he offered me some tequeños, we laughed, we remembered good times, we saw shop windows, we saw stuffed animals, we saw clothes, we also went to a bookstore, we were looking at some books that we liked, between plans and jokes the hours went by until we went home.

A veces es muy necesario salir un rato a despejar la mente, así sea estirar las piernas no siempre estar encerrado o en el teléfono o trabajando es bueno para la salud, como les digo yo tenía días encerrada en el sentido de que como mi esposo trabaja yo me encargo de la casa y pues nada más hacía eso, la comida, limpiar la casa, atenderlo y atender mis cosas pero ya estaba sintiendo que me iba a volver loca.

Sometimes it is very necessary to go out for a while to clear your mind, even to stretch your legs, not always being locked up or on the phone or working is good for your health, as I said, I had days locked up in the sense that since my husband works I am in charge of the house and that's all I did, food, cleaning the house, taking care of him and my things, but I was already feeling that I was going to go crazy.

Después de esa salida llegué aquí muchísimo mejor, cansada porque cuando salimos después de estar días encerrados y caminamos un buen rato pues nos sentimos cansados, ese día llegué a dormir me dolían muchísimo los pies pero estuve muy feliz así que les recomiendo que de vez en cuando hagan su salidita para poder desestresarse.

After that outing I arrived here much better, tired because when we go out after being locked up for days and walk for a while we feel tired, that day I went to sleep my feet hurt a lot but I was very happy so I recommend that from time to time do your little outing to de-stress.
