Cold Chocolate Drink
Hello Foodies,
Happy Friday Everyone. We are celebrating this day as Jumma-tul-Widah due to Ramadan (a holy month in which we Muslims fast for a whole month) because every last Friday is celebrating as the last Friday of the month. On this day, every muslim feels sad with a heavy heart that holy month is going away, no one knows if they can have this month once again in their lives or not. We receive a lot of blessings this month that's why we feel saddened.
Well, this is a part of life. Today I'm going to share a cold drink which is only for chocolate lovers. I love chocolates too and drinking chocolate is just an amazing feel. A Stevia brand has approached me to make any dish by using their product known as Bonvia Stevia so I tried this drink.
Cold Chocolate Drink
Have you ever tried your chocolate as drinking with straw? If not, this recipe is for you. You will love trying this drink in summers. If you do not like adding ice then you can drink it as it is but adding ice to this drink hits differently. This recipe needs few ingredients to make.
Let's get started with recipe:

| Cocoa Powder | 2tbsp | |
| Milk | 600ml | |
| Stevia | to taste | |
| Dark Chocolate | 50gm | |
| Ice Cubes | as per liking |
💫 Method:
The procedure is very simple to prepare and the end result will surprise you because it is heavenly delicious if you love chocolates.
First off, take a bowl, add cocoa powder, corn flour, and Bonvia stevia sachet along with some milk then mix very well and set aside
Turn on the flame under the sauce pan with 600milk
Add the prepared mixture into the boiling milk and mix with whisk to avoid any lumps
It will get thickened slowly then add chopped dark chocolate and mix well
Now turn off the flame and let it cool on Ron temperature for half an hour
Take a tall glass, add ice as per your liking then pour the cold prepared mixture into glass and serve it with straw
