Coffee Dessert | EID SPECIAL

Hello Foodies,

Its an Eid 2nd day here and we are celebrating this day too. I made Biryani today along with Oreo Shake today. The first day, we went for visiting relatives and eat yummy dishes there that's why today we are at our own place and enjoying this day to the fullest. Eid Greetings to everyone of you who is celebrating this festival in the world.

I had no plans to go outside this Eid due to various reasons but everything gets settled that's why I stepped out of home. Well, I'm going to share a yummy sweet dessert recipe known as Coffee Dessert. This is heavenly delicious dessert that you ever tried. If you love coffee flavour then you gonna love it too. Coffee Dessert

This is a coffee fusion dessert which is loved by everyone in my family. I'm sure you guys will gonna love it as much as we do. It includes a cake rusk as a base and layered with custard mixture. This fusion is heavenly good and best for gatherings. Guests will gets surprised when you serve them as a dessert right after meal. Good luck if you are going to try. Its a NO-FAIL recipe so feel free to try.

Let's get started with recipe:

⚡️ Ingredients:

Whipping Cream1 cup
Cake Rusk1/2 Kg
Fresh Milk3cups
Vanilla Custard Powder2tbsp
Sugar1/3rd cup
Gold Nescafé2tbsp

💫 Method:

  1. Take a sauce pan, add milk along with sugar and mix well. Turn on the flame

  2. Make a 2tbsp of vanilla custard slurry with milk and add into milk and keep stirring

  3. Turn off the flame when it start gets thickening

  4. Keep whisking the custard to cool down

  5. In a separate bowl, mix 1tbsp of coffee powder with lukewarm milk and set aside

  6. Add the coffee mixture into custard

  7. Whip the whipping cream and add into custard mixture and mix well

  8. In another bowl, add 1tbsp of coffee powder to lukewarm milk and keep mixing till dissolved

  9. Now soak cake rusk one by one and layer the serving dish

  10. Add the custard mixture on top of cake rusk layer and repeat it twice

  11. Decorate the dessert with whipped cream and coffee powder and refrigerate it for few hours before serving
