What your favorite food? #iucontest 14

Healthy Food play a vital role in the development and sanity of human body.

When I come across this topic, have been ruminating on time and it took me time to really figured ot that i do not have a favorite food.

The weather and circumstances rounding at that time i want to eat depicte what I will eat.
Many atimes i like taking lite food for my braekfast. For like bread and tea, custard, pap, pancake and the likes because it makes my body light and active for the day business.

For afternoon at times I enjoyed taling rice(Fried, jollof, white, concussion etc.) bit this will go along with cold SLO or vegetables or fruit to compliment it. Eating just ordinary rice does not give me the vibe i need.

I love beans but only when eaten along with plantain or cooked with either sweet potatoes or yam. These combo last longer in my belly. When ever i take it i filled all i do is to top it up with water. To enjoy it most i cook the beans to be well soften.


In a raining or cold waether i always like taking swallow at that moment because it keeps my body warm.

I love taking fries too just whenever I have appetite for heavy food but it depends on my ability at that moment.
