Listed Chicken Republic and Signed up 3 newbies ahead of ShoKiN day 7

As our group shopping activity -ShoKiN day 7 - nears, I am eager to take the friends to a brand new business. This ensures that we all enjoy a fresh experience and also spread the word about SpendHBD. So I was able to successfully convince Chicken Republic to become part of the SpendHBD project. The branch near my office at Azikiwe road now accepts HBD. I just listed the restaurant. Lets get to know them a bit.

Just like the name sounds, its a fastfood restaurant that specializes in serving chicken-spiced meals. They are one of the regular places people in my city go to have their meals. While its difficult to give a 100% to rating of their meals, people in the city do give them lots of positive review.

The meals served at Chicken republic are some of those you will find in most western fastfood chains. It includes Chicken pie, fried rice, jollof rice, Ice cream, chicken salad, fruit salad, burger, meat pie, fish pie, fruit juices, and lots of assorted drinks. They are do outdoor catering services, ensuring that visitors at your events such as weddings enjoy the best meals if you subscribe to their services.

Just as other branches elsewhere in the city, this Chicken republic is located along a popular road in the city. You can find them here at 156 Azikiwe road Aba. Its very accessible which is one reason they have people always drive or walk in to eat. When it comes to the environment, they have a really nice place to relax and enjoy your meals. People also come here to chat with friends because od how cool it is.

Earlier in the day at my office, I arranged to sign up 3 new friends that are eager to start spending HBD. They have successfully signed up and have their accounts ready to start shopping. The 3 new friends are:

I took my time to explain what Hive is to these 3 new friends. They have understand how content is created and what the spendHBD project is all about. I helped them download and install Hive keychain and ecency apps which they need to start shopping and interacting with others on the platform.

They will be joining us on Saturday for ShoKiN Day 6 at the above listed restaurant. It would be their first experience of how getting discounts as they spend HBD. It was a great session with them as I answered their questions. The friends that invited them also helped in the mentorship session. After the discussion, I gave each of them a free gift of SpendHBD branded shopping bags and we took group pictures before they left.

SpendHBD is growing very fast in our city Aba. More businesses are being listed as well as many new users being signed up. I really hope to continue with other local guides in the city to create more awareness of this feeless, and instant payment solution for all businesses and users.
