How to swap Hive/HBD to layer two tokens using Keychain (LPUD)

There latest update includes a token swap function. With Leo power Up Day happening today, this token swap feature update just came at the right time.

Swap Hive to HBD and layer two tokens

The new token swap feature allows you to swap Hive to HBD or HBD to HIVE. It also allows you to swap Hive and HBD directly to any layer two token. This is really a welcome development.

The swap function compares all exchange platforms and gets you the best rates for your token swaps. The swaps are also super fast, happening in less than 1 minute. Make sure that your keychain app is updated to the latest one to see the token swap feature.

How to do the swaps (e.g Hive to Leo)

So I will quickly demonstrate how to swap your Hive directly to Leo using keychain. Remember, you will not see the token swap function if your app is old.

Step 1: Open your Keychain wallet app and click the 3 dots at the top right side of the page. Then click "SWAP TOKENS". Check image below

Step 2: On the token swap page, do the following:
A: Select the token you are converting from.
B: Select the token you wish to receive after the conversion
C: Enter the amount you wish to convert
D: After a few seconds of refreshing for the best rate, the system fills the equivalent amount to be received.
E: Click "Swap" and confirm the transaction in the next window.

After few seconds based on availability of liquidity, you would receive the converted tokens which you can confirm in your wallet
