Hello hivians. How are you today? I hope you are well and very relaxed. Today's article is precisely about relaxation and its importance for having a long and healthy life.
Relaxation is vital to having a good quality of life, but many studies also show that it is also key to having a long life. But relaxation is not going to do a yoga class after a day of work or doing a few laps in the pool. Those are relaxing things that can make us feel good but they don't serve a purpose.
Relaxation is more like a lifestyle and encompasses everything around us and sometimes even those around us. In order to relax you must have an environment that allows it. If it is possible to live in a house, be near the beach or a forest. Obviously not putting work ambition above family. Think of money as a means and not as an end.
All these things create a relaxing environment that will help us face problems in a more intelligent and realistic way. Because there will always be problems in life, but the way you face them is what will make the difference.
