Playing is important for development.

Playing is important for children's development, but what they play is even more important than playing.
Nowadays there are many discussions about the use of screens, but in my opinion as a mother this is not the most important thing. Although the use of screens should be limited due to a possible eye health problem.

Games should be educational and encourage creativity. This can be done with both analogue and digital games. Digital games encourage reflexes very well and analogue games usually improve children's physical condition.

But the key is to improve creativity and strategy, such as chess or checkers. Many board games are primarily designed to meet this objective, encouraging the player to think of solutions to problems and a strategy to solve them.
The best solution is to encourage a mixed use of games with children and above all to actively participate with them. The worst thing you can do is let them play alone.

Not just for children but for adults too. Going out and doing the walk also helps regardless of the age :)
