Being a mother is a task as complicated as it is rewarding.

Hello Hivians. I hope that you are well. Today I wanted to write about something that directly affects me. Be a mother. As I say in the title, it is complicated but also very rewarding.

As a daughter I had a perception of what it was like to be a mother but that is very far from what I discovered when I had my children. For me my mother is everything. An unstoppable force that never gets tired and never gives up so that her children are well. Even now that we are older she wants to do things above necessity. She doesn't let us pamper her at all.

But as a mother I have realized how difficult the task is. Not because children are complicated. I don't like those mothers at all who spend all day complaining about their children. But because of the great responsibility that it entails. Not only to do the daily tasks of care, but rather because the main task is not to take care of them but to educate them so that they can take care of themselves and be self-sufficient.

But if those two colossal tasks were not enough, protecting and educating, you have to do all of this with an ever-present fear that something could happen to them. It is an adrenaline that all mothers have and that keeps them attentive all the time. But at the same time it does not allow you to be calm and relaxed at any time.
A few days ago Mother's Day was celebrated but don't be fooled by publicity tricks, Mother's Day is every day and I at least try to let mine know it.
