Adoption or control?

Institutional money is increasingly flocking to the crypto market and this is due to the widespread adoption taking place in the capital markets, mainly thanks to ETFs that make cryptocurrencies accessible to everyone.
Banks and other financial institutions have seen in this a market that can give them great benefits in the long term.

But this financial adoption is not especially good for the crypto market but rather a control of it. Bitcoin was created to provide citizens with financial freedom and autonomy.
With cryptos you can be your own bank. The state cannot seize your assets. Even if you are put in prison for 30 years if you do not give them the keys they cannot access them.

However, these new forms of adoption such as ETFs put your property back in the hands of others and of course in the hands of the government in the last instance.
As they say "You don't have the keys, it's not your crypto"
