Trying the Food at Laurent’s Food Hub in Bogo City, Cebu Ph

Good day, Hiveans! Another day, another blog. I hope you’re fine while reading my blog today.

We’ve been trying to do budgeting for the past few weeks. We tried not to buy food outside and cook every day. My husband wanted to avail the promo offered by the Shell Gasoline station which is there is a free P1000.00 worth of fuel if the customer buys fuel four times with a of P1,5000 worth in June and July.

To do that, we need to do cost-cutting and minimize buying food outside. We successfully made it last week. We tried to cook at home and did not overspend.

Unfortunately, at the staring of the week, I feel so stressed about my work that I think budgeting is not a good idea. I’m a stress eater, I find food that can make the stress go away in a short while.

So, yesterday, I decided to buy food for our dinner outside. I decided on food from Laurent’s Food Hub in Bogo City. I’ve been curious about this food hub for a long time. We did not have the opportunity to try it in the past, since the location is far from the common place we always visit. It is meters away from the Bogo City Centrum. So, the opportunity happened yesterday.

We went to Laurent’s Food Hub riding the vehicle. When my husband saw the building, he told me it looked like a motel. Hahaha. Luckily, the food hub is still open and has a safe parking space. I asked my husband if he wanted to have dinner inside the food hub, yet he had no interest in doing so.

I went inside to order food for take-out. As I went inside, I liked how cold the place was. Their air-conditioning is functioning well. One of the staff, hand me over their menu. I find so many interesting foods but I’m still on a budget and choose only two. I chose the chicken taco and their chicken teriyaki.

While waiting for the food, I took the opportunity to capture the place. I was amazed at how aesthetic the place is. I liked the painting displayed but did not check if it was a real painting, I was amazed by the model they chose. She is a famous tattoo artist using the traditional way. Am I right?

The place is also clean and away from the crowd. I never thought that the place was famous among the locals.

When the staff gave us what I ordered, we immediately went to the Bogo City Centrum since my husband wanted to have dinner in the 7/11 convenience store.

In the store, we tried the food. The chicken taco is not my liking, but the chicken teriyaki was delicious, and my husband also liked the food. I think, we will be back at Laurent’s Food Hub for their chicken teriyaki soon.
