Things We Did Last September 8, 2024 (Part 1)

Good day, Hiveans! Last week I only posted one blog post since it was the end of our first quarter on my work and I was expected to be busy doing the necessary reports. Anyway, I hope you’re fine while reading my blog today.

This photo was the remaining photo that I did not include in my previous post about visiting the sea.

The post was long overdue for one day left September 2024 ends, yet I want to share what happened during the said date. I decided to make it into two parts since I did two activities on the said date.

The said date was Sunday, and it was my church day. Saturday night, I told my husband my husband the activities that I wanted to do on Sunday. I needed to share what I wanted to do with my husband to avoid conflict with his scheduled tasks since there would be no weekends when he had nothing to do. I told him that Sunday was a church day for me and I wanted to attend a Sunday mass at Capelinha de Fatima at San Remegio, Cebu since being a Catholic, it was Mother Mary’s birthday celebration but before we attended a mass, I needed to have a short dip to the sea since I experienced cough.

The day came, I woke up early since I had two scheduled activities to do on the said day. I followed what I planned. We did go to the sea, and I had a short dip. It was the same place that I shared in my previous post and same as my previous post, my husband did not join in my swimming session. Maybe because he always touched metals from his vehicles, he doesn’t want to bring seawater into his body. I think he was afraid that he would have a rust. Hahaha, it was a joke. He was not a fan of seawater though when he was young, he used to join his parents and catch some sea creatures for food.

When we had a swimming activity, I would try to convince him to join me and most of it failed. He was contented on watching me swimming, scrolling on his phone watching movies or videos on social media, and taking pictures of me and the surroundings.

I had no choice; I must be contented also for having a husband who was willing to guard me while I enjoyed swimming on the seawater.

Well, when I was young, I loved visiting the sea even though my mother would scold and punish me every time I visited without her consent, and being a stubborn one, I usually received the punishment after swimming. Now, I only visit the sea when I had a cough, or the beach is not in my hometown.

After my swimming session, we went home and did a little preparation for my next activity on the said date.

The next activity would be shared on my next post. I hope you will look forward on it.

Thank you for reaching this far. If you want to inspire, learn, and witness beautiful scenery, experiences, and places, do not forget to follow, upvote, and reblog my post to support and motivate me to write more. Thank you.

I'm like your husband po whenever I'm in the sea. I'll just watch, admire the place, or take photos and browse in my phone. Even though the sea is tempting, di ata ako papatempt, lalo at di ako maalam mag swim, lol.
