Paradizzo Beach Resort with a Twist
Each station must have team building in the last month of the year. It is a custom to conduct it every year no matter what happens. Not even a pandemic can postpone the said activity. Most of the time, our station conducts team building outside. The majority of the venue was a beach resort. In every team building that we had, my husband could not accompany me since sometimes we had the same schedule of team building or they had another event that made our schedule conflict. There were times that I joined their team building but not with our team building. Yet, last year was different.
Our scheduled team building was early compared to my husband’s and the good thing about it was no prior engagement during the scheduled activity.
I was so happy that for the first time, my husband would drive and assist me during the said activity.
The venue was Paradizzo Beach Resort located at Kawit, Medellin, Cebu Philippines. The resort was privately owned, and you need to pay an entrance fee to enter. As you can see from the picture, the beach has white sand, and you can see Gibitngil Island. My colleagues did island hopping on the island, I did not join since I’ve been there many times.
Anyway, this team building was a memorable one since my travel to the place and when I went home ended smoothly.
Thank you for reaching this far. If you want to inspire, learn, and witness beautiful scenery, experiences, and places, do not forget to follow, upvote, and reblog my post to support and motivate me to write more. Thank you.
