DEADPOOL AND WOLVERINE ACRYLIC PAINTING ON VENEZUELAN BAKNOTES

Hello friends, I hope you are well, yesterday I went to the cinema to see the world premiere of Deadpool and Wolverine and let me tell you that I was amazed, I had no idea what these pair of characters could do, without a doubt they exploded very well to each character, bringing us closer to the comics. I don't want to give any kind of spoiler so I recommend that you go see it, you won't regret it, it was so good for me that it inspired me to make a small painting of the movie's promotional poster, I made it using worthless Venezuelan bills and painted with acrylic paint. In this short video you can see how it went step by step, I hope you like it!

Hola amigos, espero que se encuentren muy bien, ayer fui al cine a ver el estreno mundial de Deadpool y Wolverine y déjenme decirles que queé maravillado, no tenía idea de lo que podían hacer este par de personajes, sin duda alguna que explotaron muy bien a cada personaje acercándonos más a los cómics. No quiero hacer ninguna clase de spoiler así que les recomiendo que vayan a verla, no se arrepentirán, fue tan buena para mi que me inspiró hacer una pequeña pintura del póster promocional de la película, la he realizado utilizando billetes venezolanos sin valor y pintados con pintura acrílica. I used two bills, which I joined on the front in order to use the two sides where I will draw Wolverine and Deadpool. As I always do, the first thing is to make a base with the silhouette of the characters to be able to make the best sketch that is going to be painted.

Utilicé dos billetes, los cuales uní por el anverso para así utilizar las dos caras en donde dibujare a Wolverine y a Deadpool. Como siempre hago lo primero es hacer una base con la silueta de los personajes para poder hacer el mejor el boceto que luego se va a pintar.

I obviously started painting Deadpool, who comes out pointing his gun at Wolverine, I painted with red mixed with orange only in some parts to give volume to his mask, to try to achieve the realism of the image.

Comencé como es obvio pintando a Deadpool, quien sale apuntando con su arma a Wolverine, pinte con color rojo mezclado con naranja solo en algunas partes para darle volumen a su máscara, para intentar llegar al realismo de la imagen.

Next I finish doing some effects on the mask so that it looks very realistic, in the same way I start to paint Deadpool's weapon, which is a little difficult to get the effect of the shine that the metal has.

Seguidamente termino de hacer algunos efectos a la máscara para que quede bien realista, de la misma forma comienzo a pintar el arma de Deadpool, la cual es un poco dificil para sacarle el efecto del brillo que tiene el metal.

When I finish with Deadpool I start painting Wolverine, who here appears with his face uncovered, I paint his face with a base skin tone on which I will later remove the expression lines. Likewise, I'm doing the eyes and that fierce look, little by little I'm also doing the hair with a contrast of colors.

Al terminar con Deadpool conienzo a pintar a Wolverine, que aquí sale con su rostro descubierto, pinto su rostro con un tono de piel base sobre el cual después ire sacando las líneas de expresión. Así mismo voy haciendo los ojos y esa fiera mirada, poco a poco también voy haciendo el cabello con un contraste de colores.

I finished painting the hair and then continued painting Wolverine's uniform, who on this occasion and after so many movies wore the comics suit for the first time. Finally I painted part of the adamntium claws and this is how this painting was finished.

Terminé de pintar el cabello y así luego continué pintando el uniforme de Wolverine, que en esta oportunidad y luego de tantas películas por primera vez usó el traje de los cómics. Por último pinté parte de las garras de adamntium y así quedó finalizado esta pintura.

Que les ha parecido el resultado final? a mi me gustó mucho, tardé mas tiempo del que pensaba pero lo pude lograr, espero les haya gustado mi video, lo hice para compartir mi gusto por el arte, la pintura y el cine, ya saben, si no han ido a verla, no dejen de hacerlo, la van a disfrutar.
