Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge!

Hello everyone. Today I am going to share my battle.

Battle details: I played with water splinter and my opponent used a water splinter against me. Earth and Death teams were banned in this battle.

Battle Ruleset

It was a battle with 33 mana cap and three rules:

Up To Eleven: All monsters have amplify ability.

Odd Ones Out: Only units with odd mana costs may be used.

Briar Patch: All monsters have the Thorns ability.

Discussing My Lineup

Summoner, MIMOSA NIGHTSHADE level 3. This summoner lowers enemy ranged and magic attack powers and removes healing abilities from my enemies.

First Position, VENARI MARKSRAT level 5. The death of this monster makes nearby monsters more powerful.

Second Position, HYDRA level 3. This monster has decent melee attack and three abilities- Heal, Thorns and Retaliate.

Third Position, CREEPING OOZE level 1. This monster slows the enemy team.

Fourth Position, ANCIENT LICH level 3. This mage can gain more health with Life Leech ability.

Fifth Position, DHAMPIR STALKER level 4. This monster always hits his targets.

Sixt position, CHAOS AGENT level 3. this monster only costs 1 mana.

My Strategy & Tips

I used a sacrifice rat strategy to make my HYDRA more powerful. I also hid ANCIENT LICH in the middle of my team so it would gain more health. I also used a ranger who can't miss. My CHAOS AGENT was a sacrificial pawn who had to protect my team from Sneak attacks.

Analysis of The Battle

My rat died and my HYDRA became stronger. Soon enough my enemy killed my HYDRA as well. Luckily my opponent lacked a firepower to put my ANCIENT LICH down. My team on the other hand my team had a few very powerful monsters who owerpowered my opponent's team. So I won.
