People Without Religion Part 3 of 3: Topic Review
This is the last part of a three-part video series in which Brother Eli Sariano gives guidance on how God sees those who have no religious background. This last part is a conversation about what will happens to people if they have never heard of religion, especially Christianity through no fault of theirs when we explore this issue further with our host.
Brother Eli uses this lesson to demonstrate how some indigenous communities deep within the Amazon rainforest are out of touch with modern civilization. In those places, where missionaries have never been seen and the rest of society remains unknown, for generations uncounted tribes lived according to their oral traditions. They live without an organized religion but still show the acts of mercy by working together as an extended family and considering the environment sacred.
Brother Eli brings home his point from Romans 2:13-14 that even though there are no explicit religious instructions; man has got a natural bent to behave morally. Uncontacted tribes provide evidence to this statement where cultural practices passed down over centuries contribute to moral values such as love for family, peace making among themselves and environmental preservation . This way of life satisfied what God requires by means of natural law engraved into human hearts.
Application of the Lessons Learnt
Brother Eli makes us think about how these insights may be put into action. At a personal level, Brother Eli’s viewpoint leads to self-examination. Are we really judging others based on how they behave towards their fellow human beings? Or are perceptions still too much influenced by preconceived notions of religious affiliation?
Consciously viewing all persons through the prism of their righteousness and love for one another rather than religious exposure can promote understanding. Discussions on interfaith within this mind set may enhance mutual understanding between faiths.
Finally, sharing Brother Eli’s teaching would help a divided world. In an era where religious disparity becomes a tool to bring about division, his reminder that God’s judgment is founded on goodness provides a common bond. it might counterbalance some who favor particular religions or condemn whole communities.
In general, reflecting on Brother Eli teaching leads to personal introspection as well as actions that can put the knowledge into practice for a better understanding and unity among everybody.
Keep up the good work. 👏🎵
