A notion created by our minds

It’s so dishearten when we by our thoughts makes people so superior over us, just because we feel certain class of people are not meant for the very job they are to do. A class we create by ourselves in thought and feel to implement on others just because we tend to look at them in other ways to life. I wonder the exact rule that gives us such feeling to create for ourselves in our way of life in implementing such standards.

It is sometimes heart breaking to jump on to such scene and just act like everything is normal, when in actual sense nothing is normal about it. We over rate certain people and be little ours for whatever reason I am yet to dive in well to study all odds and know why people act as such. People like to call it madness, while others like to call it craziness on the part of people that think as such.

To start with I don’t know why immediately we see people with the worth or born in it as so prone to a duty they are to discharged or being paid on. Yet we try to make them sit, relaxed and cause others on the same grade of level to work their asses out for them, when after everything they would all be paid the same amount of money as their output.

Well I know at this point many of you would/are on the same page with the very people I referred to call such feeling madness. Why on earth must it be so at all and why do we have to let such stuffs even run through our brains. Currently, I am trying my best to shape a friend who do not seems to notice such hypes by others and gradually he is playing along the very path I want him to stay on. I have seen people fade out in such journey other place them, and always when it becomes a norm it builds them negatively.

Personally, I see know reason why a person must be called to perform a simple task you could have done by yourself in a second just because you feel the person did for you sometime ago. What makes some of these things so angry are the fact that immediately they need you whether you are on a task or not they just want you to perform the very task they could have done for you to continue what you were on.

The funny thing is that you the person who keep them on toes are always left behind on your assignments while they roam around. The earlier you get them to perform on their own the best for them since you will not be around forever.
