Preparing and making of the ridges

I would have post this some weeks ago but due my tight schedule at work, i couldnt post them.
As the raining season approach we made some preparation like making some ridges and making some sticks together to prevent some intruders like goat to enter.

I made some ridges and i planted maize on the ridges and as time goes on i will plant other plant so as to make good use of the land. Making it mixed cropping, but am yet to decide whether to plant sweet potato or cassava but the best shot is to plant sweet potato because it is deep root plant and maize is tap root plant.
