The body builds hair

But you don't eat hair for it to make hair using hair. It builds hair using other things. What things? Vitamins. But the body only uses vitamin to turn into hair if it has excess vitamins. If your body is well nourished with vitamins, it turns the excess into hair and nails. So to you need to eat healthy if you want to have beautiful hair that grows well.

Nails will be super brittle and grow very slowly if your diet is bad, and hair becomes weak, with split ends, looks ugly, doesn't shine, gets no volume. Mine is fine now because I'm taking a vitamin pill every day. It has everything the body uses to build hair. I've been taking it for a while, so my hair looks and feels great.

My immunity was low due to lack of protein (meat) and because I used the same bottle of water for a long time and didn't protect myself from the cold properly. But, with vitamins, I'm doing very well for a long time, so my hair is very good, despite these other problems.

Did you know I'm balding? But it used to be worse than it is now. I've recovered a lot of hair due to eating food full of vitamins along with the vitamin pill. It's also because I use expensive shampoo. It nourishes the skin where hair grows, like making soil (skin) very fertile so plants (hair) has an easy time growing.
