First, we finely chop the onions, then fry them in a lot of oil, add spices, salt and pepper to it, and add the minced meat to it, and fry them until the minced meat is cooked, and then add to the paste mixture and continue frying

In another container, roast the grated garlic with black pepper and mint and immediately remove from the flame.

And finally, you should put the pasta in a boiling pot with salt and a little oil added, and the water should be at such a level that thick water remains in the pot when the pasta is cooked, that is, the water should be low enough that when cooking the thick extract Can be seen in the pot, as in the photo

Well, when the pasta is cooked as mentioned above, we put them in serving dishes, we pour the whipped yogurt on it, the mixture of hot mint and sirdagh and the first mixture, which is with minced meat and paste, and stir while eating. This combination is very delicious, make sure to make it and write me your opinion. 🙂☺️

Hi @fatemehsohrabiii

Please read our community rules, especially number 4, which says:

So in your next posts, we hope you respect this rule.

We also recommend that you read this post carefully, it explains each of our community rules:

From now on, in every post you publish in this community, you must include a MINIMUM OF THREE PHOTOS OF THE TOTAL PHOTOS. Not just one photo, at least three, and it's from now on.

Because I like to follow the rules, thank you for answering my note again, I'm just confused, can I no longer post more than 3 photos in each post, or do you mean that my photo must be seen in the 3 photos I post? Please advise

I never tasted meat and pasta combined with mint. Or maybe hot mint is something different?

Hello my friend, you can try it. In fact, the taste of pasta, meat and tomato paste with mint powder roasted in oil and garlic roasted in oil with the addition of yogurt is very delicious.
